• Include any special requests in the personalization section (family name, building name, address, est. year).
• A draft of your print will be emailed to you in 3-5 business days. You may provide feedback for revisions after the completion of the first draft until you approve the artwork.  
• For digital downloads, your final print will be emailed to you as a high-resolution jpeg and pdf to be printed on your own.
• For prints, the final design will be professionally printed within 3 business days of your final approval and your order will be updated with tracking information, including FREE SHIPPING (within the US).
