INQUIRY AND QUOTE // To get started, please fill out our quick questionnaire. I understand you may not have all your details set right now, but please fill it out as best as you can. Once I have the form, I will create a tailored quote for your needs. If you are happy with the quote, I will send you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit.
CONSULTATION AND DETAILS // We’ll set up an initial consultation to discuss your vision. This can be in-person, a virtual meeting, phone call, or even an email –you’re juggling a lot while planning your wedding so I will adapt to work with you in whatever way makes it easiest on you. The consultation will focus on the big picture of the overall vision of your wedding – this helps give me a sense of the overall style and tone you’re looking for. After the consultation, I will send an editable form to gather the important details (times, dates, addresses, etc.).
CONCEPTS AND PROOFS // I will develop 1-3 concepts for your invitation. You will receive three rounds of revisions before there will be an additional fee added to your final invoice, but I bet we can get it done in three or less :) Once the invitation is approved, I will design any corresponding cards (RSVP, details, etc.), and print a hard copy proof to send you in the mail. You will receive the proof in the mail just as your guests will. This is your last opportunity to check for spelling or date errors before it is sent to the printer.
PRINTING, FINAL INVOICE AND DELIVERY // Once the final proof is approved, I will send your artwork to the printer. Your final invoice is due upon shipping/delivery of the invitations. If you are local to the Milwaukee area, I can hand deliver, or meet at a mutually agreed-upon location. Or if you’re not local (or don’t mind waiting a few more days) I will package everything and drop it in the mail and provide you with the tracking information.

Details Card 4"x6" card with full-color, one-sided printing
RSVP Post Card 3.5" x 5" card with full-color printing on the front, and one-color address printing on the back
